EQUITY and access to a fair and impartial approach to place making.

ACCOUNTABILITY to provide a thriving culture and environment for our members, business and for all our communities.

LEADERSHIP that is visual, vocal, intentional, engaged and authentic to develop a rich and inviting culture for Topeka and Shawnee County.

Priorities

EDUCATE:  Providing continued education and resources in the area of diversity, equity, and inclusion

LEAD:  With The Greater Topeka Partnership, private and public organizations of Topeka and Shawnee County visually and vocally invested in diversity, equity, and inclusion

SERVE:  As a resource for convening, peer networking, sharing best practices and problem solving of professionals in the diversity, equity, and inclusion field for our communities

COMMUNICATE:  The Business case, competitive advantage, resources and opportunities to inform and build Topeka and Shawnee County's diversity, equity, and inclusion culture.
